Your voicemail greeting is the first thing callers hear when you’re unavailable. You can record or update it anytime directly from your Ucingo Mobile service.

Steps to Record a New Voicemail Greeting

1. Open your phone’s dial pad.

2. Dial 101 and press Call.

3. When prompted, press 2 to manage your greetings.

4. To set up or change your all call greeting, press 1.

5. To record your name, press 2.

6. To return to the previous menu, press *.

7. For help managing your voicemail box, press 0.

Tips

• Use a clear, friendly tone in your greeting.

• Keep it short and professional — for example:
  “Hi, you’ve reached [Your Name]. I can’t take your call right now, please leave a message and I’ll get back to you soon.”

• You can re-record or change your greeting anytime by repeating the steps above.
